- To do our part to train and mentor the next generation of Engineers we are now involved in providing apprenticeships. This year we have 1 apprentice An additional 2 apprentices will be starting their journey in Autumn 2023. An additional benefit has been a review of all training which resulted in an upskilling programme for all Engineers.
