Remotely monitored fuel cubes

Exsel pumps offers the option of bunded fuel cubes to supplement the diesel driven pumps in its hire fleet.

Despite the Exsel pumps hire fleet having excellent fuel consumption characteristics, the fuel cubes offer much extended running times to minimise site visits and fuel spillages during refuelling.

Exsel utilise good quality hydraulic hose between the cube and the engine to provide the best protection from the risk of leaks.

Dedicated spill kits can be hired with each cube to provide that extra environmental protection.

The fuel cubes also come with remote monitoring if required. This provides efficient fuel management capabilities to plan re-fuelling reducing the carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary trips. Also saving costs that such trips would cost in fuel and labour.

All our cubes are from reputable manufacturers and are compliant with recent EU legislation governing fuel storage. All our cubes are supplied with lockable lids to prevent unauthorised access

Exsel pumps heavy duty settlement tanks

There is a move towards the discharge of water from sites to have a higher degree of filtration and settlement to protect the environment and waterways. Exsel therefore includes in its fleet the latest silt filtration tanks to provide a solution for most applications.

These tanks are each capable of handling the flow from a standard 6” pump. Where higher levels of settlement and filtration are required, care should be taken to consider the flow capability of such equipment which will only normally allow one fifth of such flow.
